White Petal's delicate, shade-dried leaves from China’s Fujian Province are naturally high in antioxidants. It's made with Egyptian chamomile petals and Chinese osmanthus flowers to add a fragrant, toasty, creamy and slightly sweet bloom of flavor. Bai Mu Dan, or White Peony tea, originates in China and offers a lovely introduction to the sweet and subtle taste of white tea. This tea is reminiscent of an uncommonly soft and fragrant bouquet with the characteristics of a well-made Pinot Blanc.
For best flavor, bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to 185 degrees. Steep 1 sachet for three minutes. Tasting notes: Peach, rose, hay.
